Don’t go and ask for a tractor from somebody who doesn’t have a tractor. Theres no point asking if you can borrow their tractor, since they don’t have one to give’. (2025)
Mural, wood, jesmonite, ceramic and mixed media

This installation is inspired by my experiences of relationships and learning to leave situations without toxic feelings. I also look at some of the very random and also not so random thoughts that crop up around the time of a break up. The name is taken from a quote from the book ‘The Unexpected Joy of Being Single” by Catherine Gray.
The installation includes the pieces ‘Hackney Horse’, ‘A-Z’ and ‘Golden Shit’
